Essential Requirements 

• 12+ years of related experience 
• Experience in developing merchandising plans and strategies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage timelines. 
• Proficiency in merchandising software and reporting tools. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; certification in merchandising tools.
