Consultant/ Senior Consultant Life Sciences:

Our organization helps clients build successful brands from preclinical phases through launch and to formulate and implement brand-specific strategies and programs for in-line brands. Services include brand strategy, market assessment; brand positioning, launch planning, lifecycle management, thought leader identification and engagement, and identification/development of marketing programs and sales force training/communication.

Our consultants are client facing, critical thinkers, who contribute to project planning, execution, and client relationship building. Our projects vary in scope, duration, therapeutic area, and expertise required. No matter your stage of development, you will be challenged to broaden your skill set in disease area knowledge, project management, written and verbal communication, and collaboration.

Responsibilities may include:

• High level of client engagement to develop strategic presentations, project plans and project updates
• Development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic area landscapes, commercial launch plans, strategy documents, tactical plans, educational resources, and others
• Development and management of projects including project plans, meeting coordination, status report development, client meeting planning/facilitation/note capture
• Data analysis including forecast development, sample planning, and market research insights development
• Client customer interviews (HCP, patient, payer) and report generation
• Business opportunity identification
• Increasing depth of knowledge in a therapeutic area and functional knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing that can be applied to each new client project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or advanced life science degree highly preferred
• At least 3 years of consulting experience- Launch Experience Preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized

• Ability to manage one or more projects simultaneously

Additional Information: Frequent travel (>25%) to client locations is required
