As a Transmission Consultant, you will be required to: 

• Conducting evaluations and analyses to support central planning in order to ensure compliance with the MW budgets.
• Network monitoring to track directional radio expansion and check compliance with planning specifications in the access network.
• Management of directional radio frequency applications, coordination of the contract interface as well as control of planning and ordering processes and coordination with suppliers or internal contacts.
• Strategic transportation network planning.
• Participate in the appropriate agile working groups (CoC, Center of Competence).
• Independently take ownership of assigned tasks from CoC Kanban Boards.
• Coordination of planning and ordering processes (microwave).
• Evaluate and manage implementation of the microwave roll-out, and coordinate with regional planners.
• Network design evaluations and preparation of reports, coordination with suppliers and internal contacts.
• Request the fastest possible implementation/database documentation from the relevant organizational units. This means pushing the respective parties involved to achieve the desired rollout speed. 
• Responsible for high-quality reporting from which necessary quality assurance measures can be derived.
• Necessary status values and comments shall be maintained in the databases.
• Actively demand timely implementation from the responsible departments. 
• Support and maintain interfaces to ongoing roll-out/development projects. 
• Checking the relevant triggers and KPI in his area and actively manages the necessary measures for completion.
• Creating plan routings in planning software for end-to-end connectivity.
• Follows up on the application and allocation of microwave frequency permits, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in planning and coordination within mobile networks, in particular transport aggregation networks (Ethernet, IP, fiber)
• Fluent English in written and spoken language.
• Knowledge of agile methods like Scrum and Spotify.
• Knowledge of Transmission network planning especially fiber networks.
• Knowledge of Project management.
• Knowledge of General contractor and vendor management.
