Consultation Specialist

The role of the Consultation Specialist at ValueAdd Research and Analytics Solutions LLP involves serving as a critical interface between our clients and the internal team. This position would require the necessary communication and coordination skills needed to ensure smooth knowledge transfer from the clients to the team, and vice versa. The Consultation Specialist also conducts research in relevant areas, collects data, performs analysis, and presents results in a clear and understandable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze different industries, conduct market research, and draft detailed reports on findings.
• Work closely with internal team members and clients to understand detailed requirements and set expectations appropriately.
• Create project scopes, recognize resource needs, and coordinate efforts towards delivering high-quality results within confines of client deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain a current and thorough understanding of business and industry trends relevant to the client’s operational area.
• Present and discuss analytical findings using clear, understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
• Experience in consulting, data analysis, market research or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills in data analysis or statistical software like SPSS, SAS, R, Stata etc.
• Excellent communication (spoken and written English) and client handling skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the aptitude to work with people from various backgrounds.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
