Consumer Collections Representative - Innovative Company

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Consumer Collections Representative/Associate to join our Collections Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer or Third-Party collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, must have worked on Dialer and knowledge of FDCPA Regulations.

Responsibilities

Job Details:

• Ability to identify issues to know when to escalate to management
• Contact customers to resolve outstanding past due payment (s)
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers as needed
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Originations, and others to resolve customer disputes and issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in consumer collections
• strong knowledge of collection laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have knowledge of fair credit reporting practice, previous collection experience, and dialer experience.
