TITLE: Consumer Digital Banking Specialist 

DEPARTMENT: Group Operations  

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Consumer Digital Banking Specialist will be responsible for performing operational support duties and assisting bank staff with client inquiries and account maintenance. This position will provide professional, technical, and general support to internal customers.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Process and review qualifying accounts, file maintenance, password resets, failed transfers, and general account inquiries for internal bank staff. 
• Assist in developing training guidelines for Digital Banking and support and train bank staff in new products.  
• Review and maintain Personal Bill Pay, e-Statements, Q2 Online Banking and Zelle.  
• Complete Digital Banking maintenance requests from all charters. 
• Monitor and conduct ongoing activity and application clean up. 
• Provide recommendations for systems and processes.    
• Produce daily reports from Core and obtain thorough knowledge of report activities.  
• Maintain confidential files, respond to internal and external inquiries and establish quality control, audit reports and core application.  
• Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.  Associate degree preferred. 
• Two years’ minimum experience in banking or digital banking.
• Capability to work independently to complete assigned tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, etc.) 

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

• Duties are performed in a professional office environment. 

SALARY & BENEFITS:

The anticipated minimum hourly wage for this position is $22.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
