Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities • Analyze audience behaviors, preferences, and engagement patterns across digital and social channels.
• Create custom measurement frameworks for in-house agency brand campaigns, conduct custom and 3rd party measurement reports, and create comprehensive wrap decks that uniquely tells the insights story given your findings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify current and growth target audiences.
• Complete competitive analyses identifying brand and business opportunities.
• Create and optimize dashboards across our portfolio of brands.
• Monitor social media channels to gauge audience reactions and industry trends.
• Provide insights into the impact of social media on viewer engagement and brand perception.
• Create measurement approach, deploy research and analyze data related to live events, assessing attendance patterns, ticket sales, and audience demographics.
• Support business development with marketplace and consumer research and insights to build opportunity spaces and business impact modeling.
Requirements • 3-5 years experience as a Data Analyst/Consumer Insights Analyst in the entertainment or media industry.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and trends, and ability to understand data and provide insights from it.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Familiarity with entertainment industry data sources and metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with primary research techniques including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital streaming platforms, social analytics, web analytics and paid media.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
