Consumer Loan Operations Specialist

Job Overview: The candidate for this role will communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan process to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process. They will also provide updates and communicate issue that may arise.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Preparing consumer loan documents and reviewing them for accuracy


• Confirming all required documentation is provided


• Performing maintenance on all types of consumer loans


• Reviewing fees and disbursements for accuracy


• Ensuring timely closing and booking of loans


• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements for the position include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent


• Experience in or a working knowledge of consumer lending


• Strong verbal, written communication and computer skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Multi-tasking and problem solving abilities

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Experience with LaserPro
