Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people? MTC Federal Credit Union is looking for a motivated Loan Processor to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in processing, closing, and funding loans, all while delivering outstanding service to our members.

What You’ll Do:
As a Loan Processor, you’ll handle the end-to-end loan lifecycle — from initial approval to disbursement — while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth member experience. Responsibilities include:

• Processing and funding 8–12 loans per day
• Celebrating loan approvals with members and guiding them through documentation
• Managing title work and ensuring MTC Federal is properly listed as lien holder
• Preparing and validating all loan documents for closing
• Using DocuSign to finalize loans and disburse funds accurately
• Assisting members with setting up automatic payments
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met

What You Bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, member-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with loan processing or financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with DocuSign and general ledger transactions is preferred

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience. 

Education: High School Diploma
