General Summary
Assist with daily operations of consumer loan production to ensure loans are handled in an efficient and cost-effective manner with a strong dedication to customer service. Work with branch staff on their daily operational issues related to the generation of consumer loans. This will include entry of loans on the system, questions about exceptions, training on software and on loan products, and other customer services issues. Also responsible for providing quality control of loan originations, boarding loans onto the Masterfile and any other internal operational function related to these loans.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to work in an office environment which may include many hours of computer and telephone usage. This position is remote-eligible on a part-time hybrid basis, subject to supervisor approval.
