Consumer Services Worldwide Process Enablement/Execution Lead

We have a strong value proposition in our Print and PS services business today and we continue to leverage learnings from across the portfolio to drive growth of the existing business across Print and PS and bring new services to market. The Consumer Services Category team is seeking a Process Enablement Lead to manage cross-market processes, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Subscriber Growth. In this role, you will lead lead Game Plan processes, Best Practices documentation, Metrics management for demand generation activities and other worldwide initiatives. You will coordinate these processes across 3 teams chartered with driving growth for Instant Ink, Print/PC as a Service and Digital Services (Carepacks, SmartFriend, etc.) in NA/LATAM, EMEA and APJ markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and experience in a Market-facing organization in HP’s Commercial Organization (CO), Print or Personal Systems Category management teams. Key Responsibilities Drive Consumer Services Game Plan process coordination across markets Tracking metrics for demand generation activities (forecast and actual) Investigates and sizes new growth initiatives across markets Participate in Print as a Service WW Operational forecasting/Demand Planning process Team preparation for internal executive reviews
Education and Experience Required University or bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or MBA preferred. Typically 12+ years of professional services experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Development experienced preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent project management skills. Detail orientation and exceptional ability to drive actions to closure. Strong financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable managing complex business planning and reporting; Proficient in Excel. Proficient with Powerpoint, with demonstrated ability to create Executive level decks. Understanding of Consumer Services business segments (Instant Ink, Device as a Service, Digital Services) plus knowledge of Print and/or PC category Detailed knowledge of Retail/Online go-to-market motions, including knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices. Strong communication and negotiation skills across a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively to execute joint plans. the estimated range of compensation for this job
in that location , at the time of this posting, is $162,000.00 - $198,000.00. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
