Job Description:

Must haves:1. Good communication skill2. Contact center technology domain experience3. Willing to work with Multiple teams within US and India time zone

Skills:

High level of organizational skill

Experience with Telephony systems.

Ability to design Call Flows using Visio, create BRD and other design documents.

Good Communication and Inter personal Skills - Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.

Create User stories for all the business use cases and have review with IVR Business team.

Prior AZ experience a plus

Tasks:

Coordinated with stakeholders

Set up meeting with vendors

Coordinate follow up questions

Collect, collate, and present final read-out of vendor selection
