Your day to day as a Contact Center Representative

We are seeking an ideal candidate with 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales for our Contact Center Representative position at Corda Credit Union. This role is perfect for an energetic problem solver who thrives on working with people. You will be dedicated to providing quality member service by answering calls promptly, taking the time to troubleshoot issues as they arise, and providing sales and service solutions.
