We are seeking an energetic, member-focused professional with 1-2 years of financial customer service including financial sales experience to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by answering member calls, resolving issues, identifying financial solutions, and offering products in support of sales and service goals. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and collaborating with a team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our members' financial well-being.
