O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Contact Center Representative I/II to join our amazing team at our Administration Office. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our Members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture.

What You’ll Do

As our Contact Center Representative, you’ll assist members by phone with account related concerns, inquiries, and questions. Perform basic transactions, troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Provide guidance for products and services to promote the improvement of our members’ lives through financial well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Take member calls and assist with account requests.
  • Provide transactional and general troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist with online banking concerns, issues, and questions.
  • Educate members on products and services.
  • Help members gain financial confidence and build trusting relationships.
  • Report to work on time and follow the O Bee Credit Union guidelines for attendance.
  • Provide prompt, quality assistance and support service level goals for the department.
  • Stay current with operational changes and all required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Desired Qualifications You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Previous financial institution experience preferred.
  • Previous Symitar experience preferred.
  • Basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.

Skills That Shine

  • Ability to communicate verbally.
  • Ability to communicate in writing.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software products.
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

This position is open for either a Contact Center Representative I or II. Level selection will be based on experience.

  • Location: Administration Building, Lacey, WA
  • Pay range: $18.65 - $27.97. The range is dependent on the level of position and prior experience.
