Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts)
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will support airline customers by handling inquiries related to bookings, flights, and general services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Performance Bonus: €2,000/year (pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6 months)
Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (after 1 month of employment)
Native or C2 German and C1 English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability for on-site work in Malta
