Contact Centre Agent – German Speaking Location: Malta (On-site) Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09: 00–18: 30 (8-hour shift basis) We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join an international team on-site in Malta. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear salary progression, relocation support and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

German: C2 (native or near-native) English: C1 Availability to work on-site in Malta Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates Month 1: €5.60 per hour Month 2: €8.10 per hour After probation: €8.50 per hour After 12 months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based) After 18 months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based) Additional
