Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Advantage Honda of Fox Lake is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to develop and execute engaging content across multiple social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for capturing, creating, editing, and publishing content that builds brand awareness, increases audience engagement, and drives customer traffic to our dealership.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands current digital trends, loves storytelling through video, and can quickly turn everyday dealership moments into compelling content.

• Create and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Capture dealership activities, customer deliveries, vehicle showcases, staff spotlights, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing goals and current social media trends.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to create authentic and engaging content.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Assist with dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and company messaging.
