Content Manager

The Content Manager position is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand
Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand
Reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns
Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels
Translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans
Collaborates with management to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies and improve direction for current campaigns
Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image
Manage a small team
Develops, implements, and maintains editorial policies and standards and ensures conformance
Reviews the team's work product and gives final approval
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing, producing creation, and writing and editing in the automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive industry
Bachelor's degree ideal
Experience in writing and editing, advertising, brand management, trend and marketing analytics, marketing research, SEO, etc.
Experience managing a team
Go-getter and proactive personality
