Arrowquip has built cattle handling equipment since 1988, and is recognized internationally as the leader in space. Our purpose is simple: design equipment that makes hard work easy and safe.
We are hiring one person to own how we tell that story.
Not a slice of it. All of it. The strategy, the technical writing, the search, the email program, the social presence, and the material our dealers reach for when they are standing next to the equipment explaining it to a rancher.
If you have spent your career executing someone else's content strategy and you have been waiting for the seat where the strategy is yours, this is that seat.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The strategy: You'll decide what we publish, where it lives, and what each piece is meant to do. We're not handing over a calendar to fill. We're asking what you would build if it were yours, because it will be.
The technical writing: Spec pages, product explanations, comparison content. Cattle producers are practical buyers. They want to know exactly how the neck extender works and why the sides squeeze the way they do. There is real craft in making that clear.
Search and the website: Our site is where a producer lands at 10pm deciding whether we're worth a phone call in the morning. You'll own what they find and how they find it.
Email: The whole program is yours to build. Strategy, segments, writing, and the KPIs. You'll see the numbers, analyze the results, and determine how we can continue to be 1% better.
Social: We'd rather earn attention than buy it. You'll set the approach and keep it true to the people we're talking to.
Dealer content: Our dealers are how our equipment reaches ranches. You'll build them material clear enough to actually get used, then consult further to see how we can continue to make it better.
Time in the field: The best content in this industry comes from observing who ranchers work their cattle in different countries, conditions, and varying skill sets. You'll get out to ranches, dealer lots, and industry shows to hear how producers really talk.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strategist who still likes doing the work. You can build the plan on and do the work. This is a solo seat, so the thinking and the making are both yours.
THREE THINGS WORTH KNOWING
You'll learn the equipment: There is a real technical ramp here, and it's one of the best parts. Give it three months of asking questions, working with the Innovations team, and you'll understand cattle handling better than almost anyone writing about it. That knowledge is yours to keep for the rest of your career.
Our dealers matter as much as our brand: A good share of this work serves the people selling our equipment. Plain, useful material that helps a producer make a confident decision.
Small team, real ownership: Six people in marketing, no layers between you and the CMO. Your ideas ship in days instead of quarters and the results carry your name. For the right person that's the accountability will be what drives them.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
Two ways this works:
Beyond that, expect regular travel through the year to ranches, dealers, and industry events.
