As the Content Marketing Lead your mandate is to create SEO-driven and compelling content to tell the Fresche story that deeply connects with our target audience to drive thought leadership, engagement, and conversions. You think creatively and strategically with a passion for finding the best way to tell the story. If you are a natural storyteller with a knack for creating clear, concise and compelling content that translates into action, then this role is for you.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Execute on the comprehensive content strategy for Fresche’s business units that is aligned with Fresche’s brand and growth targets. 


• Create SEO-driven on-brand content that articulately communicates the value of Fresche Solutions to increase traffic and ranking across multiple platforms, including website, social, email, video and more. 


• Assist in the measurement of content and SEO to optimize organic visibility, ranking positions, domain authority, return visits, keyword positions, lead conversion and engagement. 


• Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and design to support campaigns by producing high-quality content that is inspiring, informative, and actionable.  


• Champion and enhance the brand voice and messaging for consistency across all content channels.   


• Own website content and social channels content. 


• Manage content assets, research best content practices and emerging market themes to brainstorm new story ideas. 

About You: 

• 4+ years in a content marketing role with a B2B enterprise Technology company, demonstrating proven success of translating content into traffic growth and site conversions.  


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field 


• Demonstrated ability to drive the content creation process from ideation through execution to produce attention-grabbing converting content across the buyer’s journey.  


• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content discoverability, search engine algorithms, ranking strategies. 


• Proficiency with SemRush, WordPress, Google Analytics, Asana. 


• Fluency with Adobe suite of products; Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign is an asset. 


• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
