Job Description - Content Marketing Manager

About Mindful Support Services
We are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,400 mental health providers, and in turn over 20,000 patient visits per week across 11 locations and virtually via Telehealth.
We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with over 12 years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high-quality mental healthcare.
About the Role
The Content Marketing Manager will lead the charge of developing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and producing creative campaigns to drive market expansion and increase provider and client interest. This integral role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and entails developing a content communications strategy, encompassing digital, print, and multi-media content to drive Mindful KPI and brand placement goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong visual communicator, adept at writing engaging and compelling marketing copy, and executing marketing creative from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive visual strategy, incorporating existing brand standards and guidelines.
Create stunning visual assets for print, digital, and video which communicate the Mindful vision, aesthetic, and culture.
Help build the brand voice by writing compelling copy which delights our audience and establishes Mindful as leaders in the Mental Health space.
Create, execute, and measure performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive KPI goals for the business.
Create diverse content, including provider stories/testimonials, infographics, video clips, etc., in partnership with the marketing and leadership teams.
Develop personal brand for founders on social media and help to establish them as thought leaders in the Mental Health space.
Collaborate on reputation management and public listings, addressing feedback on platforms like Google Business Profile, Bing Places for Business, Yelp, and others as needed.
Be eager to add value to overall marketing program success by wearing many hats and thinking outside the box.
Requirements
Qualifications
Communication: Proficiency in clear and consistent visual, verbal, and written communication.
Adaptability: Ability to read situations and respond to the needs of the business.

Visionary: Ability to articulate and share the organization's future with a clear vision and plan.
Strategic mindset: Proactive thinking, considering the big picture and developing action plans.
Analytical thinking: Leverage data to make informed decisions; ability to make informed decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information.
Skills/Attributes
Advanced communication skills tailored for different platforms and audiences.
Confidence in interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects with a keen sense of organization and detail.
Required Experience
3+ years of proven visual and written communication experience for an agency or large national organization.
3+ years of performance-based marketing campaign management.
Expert knowledge of professional design applications, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and working knowledge of consumer apps such as Canva.
Proficiency with native and third-party digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, StackAdapt, Google Ads).
Comfort using both organic and paid tactics to increase content reach and engagement.
Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website maintenance.
Familiarity with video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

Job Type: Full-time, Fully In-Office
Salary: $80,000- $100,000 per year.
