Founded in Hamburg, Germany in 1977, Engel & Völkers now includes over 1000 brokerages in 34 countries across five continents. Engel & Völkers Americas supports a network of premium residential real estate brokerages throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean and is responsible for the firm's ongoing expansion in additional markets. We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager for our Americas headquarters located on Park Avenue in New York City.

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience for our Americas headquarters. This is a remote position with a corporate headquarters based out of New York, NY. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled strategic content creator and communicator. This position requires a creative thinking and highly skilled writer who can put thoughts and strategy into action and provides a great opportunity to strengthen the Engel & Völkers brand positioning throughout the Americas.

Your responsibilities include

Draft marketing materials and messaging that support brand initiatives and articulate the Engel & Völkers Americas value proposition
Adapt written content to maximize impact and performance across multiple channels including social media, digital, print, etc.
Identify trends and mine for stories that Engel & Völkers can capitalize on to create reports, press releases, blog content, pitches and more
Interpret creative direction, technical information and goals to create persuasive messaging and materials
Collaborate with PR agencies, creative team and internal departments to develop impactful promotional materials for both products and overall branding
Conceptualize content strategy surrounding key brand initiatives
Develop blog and website content maximized for SEO
Support advertising and social media content creation
Develop B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of target audiences
Edit internal communications
Support executive scripting as needed
Conduct regular audits of owned marketing channels to ensure content is up to date
Track metrics to drive strategy and performance
What we are looking for 3-5 years of applicable experience with a solid portfolio of work
Proficient in AP style
Understanding of SEO content strategies
Exceptional writing skills and a passion for crafting high-level, digital content designed to inform and engage
A discerning copy editor
Strong communicator
You like to take initiative, roll up your sleeves and "get things done"
You take pride in organizing your work to meet ambitious deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail and accuracy
You are a creative thinker who thinks in solutions not problems
You enjoy working in a team and still have the ability to work independently
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar platform is a plus
