Content Marketing Specialist - Rewarding Work

Our premium live captioning, transcription, audio description, and translation solutions serve over 10,000 higher ed, enterprise, media, and government customers. Established in 2007 at MIT Sloan, we've since expanded with headquarters in Boston, MA, and offices in Minneapolis, MN, and Calgary, AB.

We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll transcend content creation, integrating it seamlessly into our go-to-market strategies and collaborating on project ownership. Your strategic mindset will bridge senior leadership's objectives with marketing strategies, driving targeted campaigns and supporting new launches effectively.

DAY TO DAY:

• Help maintain a streamlined, engaging, and healthy website by regularly auditing content and creating new material (blogs, eBooks, reports, infographics, how-to guides) to support marketing motions and key strategic initiatives.
• Employ SEO best practices to optimize content and web pages, leveraging data from tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics for assessment and goal setting.
• Actively contribute to broader marketing strategy efforts, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, webinars and events, podcasting, video, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop proactive strategies for marketing campaigns aligned with broader business goals; analyze campaign effectiveness quantitatively and qualitatively and refine strategies to optimize content impact.
• Use strong project management skills to juggle multiple projects autonomously.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical and legal topics effectively
• Develop expertise in 3Play Media's products, becoming a thought leader in media accessibility and ensuring content aligns with brand voice and mission.
• Proficiency in inbound marketing, SEO, and social media marketing, with a knack for storytelling through imagery.
• Experience working with a variety of marketing tools, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and email marketing.
• Experience leveraging data to inform and execute actionable content strategies.
• ​​Demonstrate a genuine passion for our mission and services and actively stay updated on industry news.

• Experience with Screaming Frog, Hotjar, and Convert
• Experience with A/B testing web pages
• Proven track record of growing a brand's audience through content and social media
