About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating online content to ensure compliance with community, cultural, and political standards. This role is essential in maintaining platform integrity and protecting users from inappropriate or non‑compliant content.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user‑generated content in German and English
• Identify, evaluate, and flag content that violates internal or local guidelines
• Apply sound judgment with strong awareness of cultural and political sensitivities
• Ensure consistent moderation decisions in collaboration with the team
• Accurately document moderation actions and decisions

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong awareness of cultural and political environments
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Only local candidates will be reviewed
