What Youll Do:

• Review user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards and platform policies

• Identify and escalate inappropriate content in a timely manner

• Work in coordination with a global team to support safe and respectful online interactions

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on content trends and moderation best practices

What Were Looking For:

• Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+ level)

• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level)

• High attention to detail and good judgment

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience

• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus, but not required
