What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor contents technicians on job sites.
• Supervise packing, inventory, and restoration of personal belongings.
• Manage organization of the warehouse and storage spaces.
• Oversee and document contents jobs in Assured Software.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
• Train new hires on best practices and uphold safety standards.
• Roll up your sleeves, carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation, and more.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience (1+ years in a supervisory role preferred).
• A knack for organizing and motivating people.
• Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license & clean background check.
• IICRC certifications (Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying) are a bonus—but not required, we’ll help you grow.

• Physical and hands-on: lifting, moving, cleaning, and organizing.
• Indoor and outdoor environments with varied conditions.
• You’ll be on the move—sometimes in homes, sometimes in the warehouse, sometimes both in a single day.
