Contents Cleaning Technician

Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Contents Cleaning Technician for our Twin Falls location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

• Packing, loading, & transport of property contents


• Disassembly and reassembly


• Mitigation services (Packouts)


• Dry and wet cleaning


• Inventorying and chain of custody


• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)


• Ambient air filtration


• Removing and disposing of debris


• Fire and Water Contents Cleaning


• Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse


• Tile Cleaning and Resealing


• Other duties as assigned

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

• Previous experience in cleaning and packing


• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time


• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture


• Valid Driver License


• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Detailed knowledge of cleaning products and machines


• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions


• Professional appearance and polite disposition


• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
