Continuous Improvement Specialist - Exciting Challenge

Looking for new grad in Industrial Engineering

Education and Experience:

"Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, or any other engineering focus area if experience in operations or continuous improvement
"Minimum of 1 years working experience working in manufacturing or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement (Preferred). A recent Industrial Engineer graduate could be considered with no experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

"Duties & Tasks:
oEnsure the safety of our people and our products always
oActive Member of the Focused Improvement team
oParticipate in daily shift meetings and health checks for the DDS system
oIdentify and communicate breakdowns and gaps in performance with respective personnel / systems
oFacilitate meetings and trainings regarding continuous improvement
oEnsure standards / specifications are developed and adhered to across the entire site
oMonitor and communicate trends in data sources to maximize asset availability and Perform weekly analysis (e.g., history: MTBF & MTTR, cost, design, PM effectiveness, countermeasures) on equipment, systems, and processes.
oCoach, Troubleshoot and resolve complex, ambiguous issues
oDesign and implement improvements for equipment & system reliability
oEnsure standard process and tools are developed for job-specific tasks (e.g. SOPs)
oFacilitate problem-solving activities and discussions
oDrive continuous and long-term technical downtime reduction via process-oriented management (i.e. involvement of all people, definition & simplification of process, and the use of structured methods)
oPerform all other assigned tasks/duties
oDrive Zoning program across the areas in the site.
"Support the overall CI Program in the site ensuring effectiveness of pillar teams in EHS, Quality, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Organization, and Education & Training
