Procurement Office - Central Region (RPO-C) across the entire acquisition life cycle.

Salary Range: $80-90k
Overview: Experience shall demonstrate abilities to perform federal acquisitions. In respect to the minimum qualifications, one qualification shall not be substituted for another. Each candidate must possess all minimum qualifications as verified by a signed and dated resume by the individual and a corporate executive. Resume must show documented experience of pre- and post-award acquisition processes and activities along with related training and certifications for acquisitions valued at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) (currently $250,000.00.)
Experience: A minimum of four (4) recent years (within the last eight (8) years)
relevant experience in conducting comprehensive acquisition support services with
knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, guidelines to include relevant
supplements as described in section 3 of this PWS.
Education: A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any
field; or at least twenty-Four (24) semester hours in any combination of the following
fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial
management, marketing, quantitative methods, and organization and management.
Candidates with a past or current Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FACC
Level I / FAC-Professional) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act
(DAWIA) Level I certification or higher, or courses leading to certification is preferred or
demonstration of the completion of commercial courses equivalent to certification.
Additional Knowledge and Skills: In addition to the experience and educational
requirements described above, the CAS shall clearly possess the following knowledge
and skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Life Cycle
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and price data.
• Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives.

English Language Requirement: The Contractor shall ensure all personnel performing
under this task order are able to read, write, and speak English. All personnel shall
effectively communicate orally via telephone and MS Teams communications as well as via
email communications.
U.S. Citizenship: All contractor personnel performing under this task order shall be U.S.
citizens.
