Position Overview:
The Contract Administrator - Divisional plays a key role in bridging communication and workflow between specific Horwitz Division project management teams, the Accounting department, and internal/external business partners. This role is responsible for administrating subcontracts, change orders, insurance certifications, and project budgets using COINS and other systems. The Contract Administrator ensures seamless documentation, efficient processes, and project completion aligned with Horwitz’s goals of safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability. In addition to direct responsibility within specific divisions, this role also acts as backup for other Contract Administrators, when needed. This individual upholds and models the Horwitz core values: Safe, Accountable, Professional, Motivated, Can Do, and Curious.
