Contract Administrator Full Time

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.50 Per Hour (DOE)

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Arcadia Landscape, a locally owned and operated landscaping company proudly serving Tucson and surrounding communities for over 40 years, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Contract Administrator to join our team!

We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, process, and maintain customer contracts, proposals, renewals, and related documentation.
• Monitor contract deadlines, expiration dates, and renewal schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contract files.
• Coordinate with management, sales estimators, and operations personnel to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Assist with contract modifications, change orders, and customer correspondence.
• Track pending proposals, signed agreements, and required documentation.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and other office departments as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of company records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in contract administration, office administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or service-related industries is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
