Contract Administrator II

Minimum of 3 years' experience with a bachelor's degree OR high school diploma, GED, or associate degree with minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role Basic understanding of clinical contracting terms and conditions Ability to read and interpret contract terms, redline agreements, and apply practical, business-focused judgment Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software Prior experience in a medical device or healthcare company Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy Experience communicating with global internal stakeholders in a professional manner Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with contract management tools such as iManage Prior involvement in operational improvement projects such as template or policy development Experience with international contracting
