Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practices
• Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Prepare reports and presentations on contract status and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract analysis and negotiation
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
