The Contract Administrator plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, vendor accountability, and operational rigor by establishing a structured, proactive approach to contract lifecycle management across the enterprise, beginning with Enterprise Technology & Intelligence (ETI).

Job Summary:

The Technology Contract and Operations Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technology vendor, software, cloud, managed services, and professional services contracts across the Enterprise Technology & Intelligence organization.

This role serves as the primary owner of technology contract governance, contract administration, contract risk review, renewal management, vendor accountability, and commercial contract management across ETI. The position serves as a trusted business partner to ETI leadership by identifying contractual, financial, operational, cybersecurity, and commercial risks and providing practical recommendations that support informed business decisions.

The role requires a strong contract administration and paralegal-oriented background with substantial experience reviewing commercial agreements, negotiating vendor terms, managing renewals, supporting vendor relationships, and interpreting contract language for business leaders.

In addition to contract management responsibilities, the position supports ETI business operations through budgeting, vendor spend reporting, operational planning, leadership reporting, and strategic initiative tracking. The role also provides limited support to the Chief Technology and Information Officer through executive reporting, presentation development, meeting preparation, and action-item tracking.

Success in this role is measured by contract visibility, disciplined renewal management, reduced risk exposure, cost savings, stronger vendor performance, and effective operational support across ETI.
