Contract Applications Coordinator - Entry
Reports to: Manager Contract Applications Last Update: 3/20/2024
Overview: Coordinates the information, documentation, and communication necessary to support assigned Account Manager(s).
Essential Duties
· Provide sales activity support to account managers
· Acquire legal and technical information required to complete commercial contract negotiations
· Create standard contracts in compliance with company policy
· Liaise with the legal department to facilitate legal or commercial change requests to standard contracts. Read and comprehend detailed legal documents
· Verify technical data related to fleet equipment
· Perform order entry, reporting, research, and resolution of issues
· Maintain detailed files and records
· Assist with basic internal and external contract-related audits
· Serve as main contact to assigned operations personnel for contract-related inquiries
Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate effective data comparison skills
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge:
- Some knowledge of departmental function, processes, workflow, systems and documentation strongly preferred
Minimum Education and Certification:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 0-2 years administrative experience plus some related experience in customer service, administering sales and/or legal contracts, supply chain, or order management
Physical Demands: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend with good balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to sit, perform repetitive duties, use a PC and to talk and hear
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 10 pounds
