Contract Clerk – Royal Moore Auto Center

Hillsboro, OR Full-Time |  $25–$28/hr (DOE) + Room to Grow

Royal Moore Auto Center is family owned for nearly 60 years, With 5 brands on one block, Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Buick, and GMC, we are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Clerk to join our growing team! This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of deal postings and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Post 125–175 car deals per month
  


• Clean and verify schedules for accuracy


• Post bank entries and maintain deal flow


• Collaborate with accounting team and sales to ensure complete documentation

Requirements:

• Prior dealership experience preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organization


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $25–$28 per hour, DOE
