Contract Coordinator

Bring your experience and know-how to an energetic and dynamic team at A&A Safety, Inc. where we are seeking a Contract Coordinator in our Cleveland, OH office. This role is dynamic and will require someone energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. It’s a small office and team but staying involved is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and help with basic office duties right away but will be trained in the details of the position.

Responsibilities:
·  General Office Duties – answering phones, assisting with sales orders, filing
·  Handling walk-in customers
·  Shipping/Receiving of mail and packages
·  Entering product certifications
·  Ordering office supplies
·  Entering new contracts – data entry into our accounting software, creating and maintaining files

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of administration experience
  


• High school diploma or GED certificate
  


• Basic math skills (pre-employment math aptitude test will be given)
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  


• Experience in these categories a plus, but not required:
  
  
  
  
  • ODOT, CMS and Material Certifications
    
  
  
  • Knowledge of Certified Payroll
    
  
  
  • Accounting Software
    
  
  
  
  


• Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting principles.
