Job Details:

• Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
• Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension upon successful completion
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
• Compensation: Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience. Weekly paychecks.
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days

Job Requirements:

• Active OhioRN License
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Oasis and Homecare Homebase
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Reliable transportation

Job Duties:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and patient education.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities.
• Providing occasional weekend coverage and on-call support as needed.
