Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Hardware Infrastructure Construction Project Manager for a pivotal role in overseeing the installation and management of IT infrastructure at a new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Project Management expertise, with a special focus on IT Hardware infrastructure within construction environments. This role demands a proactive individual capable of ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality IT solutions are implemented, aligning with the project's overall goals and requirements.
Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the IT Hardware infrastructure setup across the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Cost, Schedule, and Quality Assurance:
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, implementing control measures to align with project goals.
Collaboration:
Liaise with NN IT/OT teams to guarantee the integration and delivery of essential services, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and facilitating key decisions to maintain project momentum.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks to the IT Hardware infrastructure phase, devising and implementing strategies to mitigate impacts on the project.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities, including progress reports, milestones, and any variances from the original plan.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. 5+ years of demonstrable project management experience, specifically within IT infrastructure construction environments. Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, networking, and infrastructure components. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in managing diverse teams and stakeholders. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and juggling multiple priorities effectively.
