This role supports service contract revenue operations, including quoting, deal review, booking, billing support, and contract lifecycle management. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Management, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations who enjoy cross\u2011functional collaboration and working with complex commercial agreements.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n * Manage the end\u2011to\u2011end service contract lifecycle, from opportunity creation and quoting through booking, billing support, and post\u2011booking contract maintenance\n * Create, review, and process service contract quotes, ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and audit requirements\n * Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Field Operations to support deal structuring and resolve non\u2011standard contract scenarios\n * Interpret and apply contract terms, pricing structures, entitlements, and service scope changes\n * Maintain active service contracts, including amendments, scope updates, date changes, and idling requests\n * Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and participating in audit walkthroughs\n * Analyze reports and operational data to support forecast accuracy and revenue insights\n * Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system testing, and documentation\n\n\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\n * High\u2011quality, audit\u2011compliant service contracts processed accurately and on time\n * Strong partnerships with Sales and internal stakeholders\n * Confident ownership of complex or non\u2011standard contract scenarios\n * Continuous improvement of revenue operations processes and data quality\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 4\u20137 years of experience in:\n * Revenue Operations\n * Deal Desk\n * Contract Management\n * Sales Operations\n * Commercial or Financial Operations\n * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables\n * Experience working in ERP and CRM systems (SAP strongly preferred)\n * Ability to interpret contracts and understand basic legal and commercial terms\n * Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time\u2011management skills\n * Clear written and verbal communication skills\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * Experience supporting service contracts or recurring revenue models\n * Knowledge of Tableau or reporting/analytics tools\n * Experience in a global or matrixed organization\n\n\n\nWhy Join Applied Materials\n\n * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits\n * Career growth opportunities in a global, technology\u2011driven organization\n * High\u2011impact work supporting advanced technologies shaping the future\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree (Required)\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$88,000.00 - $121,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
