Contract Recruiter
3-4 Month Contract
Hybrid flexibility (in office 2-3 days a week)
Location: North Austin, 78731
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay: $35-40/hr

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and other terms as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
4-5 years of technical/corporate recruiting experience
