Six-Week Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Needed at Prattville Health and Rehab!

Prattville Health and Rehab is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a six-week contract position. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing skilled nursing care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and their families about their care plans.
Document all care provided in the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain a sterile and safe environment.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Alabama.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting.
Strong clinical assessment skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
