Job Title: Contract Support Specialist

Location: Fort Myers/Naples

Job Summary: Assist CEI Director in general administration of CEI group. Assist CEI Senior Project Engineers and Project Administrators in the day-to-day administration of CEI projects.

Essential Duties:

• Provide general administrative assistance for the CEI group.

• Maintain various project tracking logs including RFI’s, Submittals, Plan Changes, etc.

• Provide data entry and maintain quantity tracking spreadsheets and assist with review of monthly pay applications.

• Provide clerical assistance including preparing meeting agendas and minutes.

• Assist with the scheduling and tracking of CEI inspectors training classes and certifications.

• Assist with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Aid compliance functions including Davis-Bacon and On the Job Training (OJT).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 yrs office administration/clerical experience.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets preferred.

• Experience in CEI or Construction administration preferred.
