Contracting Project Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Contracting Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start through closeout. This role requires strong project leadership and hands-on experience with concrete construction.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project resources
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site field teams
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on all jobs
• Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Handle project closeout, documentation, and reporting

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Concrete construction background (required)
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
