Contracting Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contracting Project Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC with a salary range of $80,000–$115,000 per year. This full-time position is ideal for a construction professional with experience in commercial and concrete projects. You will oversee projects from preconstruction planning to final closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role emphasizes cost management, field coordination, and proactive communication with owners, engineers, and subcontractors. This position is based in Mount Pleasant, providing opportunities to work on diverse commercial construction projects in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction and concrete projects in Mount Pleasant from bid award through completion.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and material logistics to maintain project flow.
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Monitor jobsite progress for safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage project scope and expectations.
• Implement best practices for construction means, methods, and cost control.
