Contracting Superintendent

We’re hiring a Contracting Superintendent to supervise daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects. This role is field-focused and ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and concrete construction experience.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and manage on-site crews and subcontractors
• Monitor daily progress, schedules, and quality of work
• Enforce safety standards and building regulations
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
• Support the Project Manager with reporting and documentation

• Experience supervising commercial construction projects
• Concrete construction experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage schedules, crews, and jobsite logistics
• Clear communication with field teams and management
