What it takes to run work with Cascade:

• Active WA contractor license + insurance (verified)
• Oregon contractors: must have an active Portland license
• Willing to sign our partner agreement
• Strong communication (don’t ghost)
• Clean, code-correct builds with efficient production
• Professional jobsite presence (customers like not being stressed out)
