We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support our project teams by managing customer contracts and related documentation with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
This role works closely with Project Managers, Group Administrators, Accounting, and external partners to ensure contracts are reviewed, executed, tracked, and closed properly. The Contracts Administrator plays an important role in supporting well-run projects by ensuring contractual and compliance requirements are met.
What You'll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from receipt through execution and close-out, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate the internal contract review and approval process
Obtain and distribute required bonds and insurance certificates to customers
Track contract execution status and follow up on fully executed agreements
Prepare and execute contract exhibits and related documentation
Review and assist with lien waiver processing
Support Accounting with compliance management, including insurance certificates, purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
Assist with job close-out activities as needed
Issue insurance certificates to clients
Maintain organized and complete contract files
Ensure documentation is properly saved and updated in internal systems
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
7+ years of related experience
Construction contract experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer systems and document management tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills
