Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

About the role: 

The Contracts Coordinator will assist the Contracts Team leader in the drafting, finalization, execution, renewal, and management of the organization’s healthcare services, supplies, equipment, leasing, and other business and service line contracts.  


Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drafting, finalizing, and managing contracts, (in a healthcare or legal setting preferred).
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Knowledgeable of basic healthcare regulations and practices, including but not limited to HIPAA.
  • Excellent organizational, reading, writing, and time management skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to meet strict work deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and analyze contracts, federal and state laws and regulations, and research/find information on Internet web sites.
  • Ability and strong attraction to using cutting-edge contracts management software and other related computer and electronic technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and audience adaptation skills, and ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner, at all levels of the organization and with external vendors, persons, and agencies. Experience with communications in a healthcare setting, especially with clinicians and providers, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365, TEAMs, Word (including use of Compare and Redlines), Excel, Adobe and Adobe e-sign, Docusign, and other healthcare electronic technologies.
